| 摘 要： | 目的观察依迭拉奉对急性脑出血的治疗效果。方法将94例脑出血患者随机分为依达拉奉组和常规治疗纽，依达拉奉组在常规治疗的基础上给予依达拉奉治疗。结果依迭拉奉组在血肿及水肿体积上较常规治疗组改善更明显，神经功能缺损评分减分率高于常规治疗组，总有效率及显效率明显高于常规治疗组。结论依达拉奉可显著减轻脑水肿，促进脑出血患者的神经功能康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To observed the effect of edaravone on the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The 94 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into edaravone group and conventional treatment group,Edaravone group on the basis of conventional therapy to at edaravone treatment.Results Edaravone group on the hematoma and edema volume,decreased neurological deficit scores,total effective rate and markedly effective rate were higher than the the conventional treatment group.Conclusion Edaravone can significantly reduce brain edema,promote neurological recovery. |
