普罗布考、阿司匹林联合预防兔激素性股骨头缺血性坏死

目的探讨普罗布考与阿司匹林联合预防兔激素性股骨头坏死的作用。方法实验动物随机分为三组：模型组、治疗组（激素加药物预防）、空白对照组，分别于激素应用前后作血脂、PT水平检测，4、6周行X线摄片、光镜和透射电镜观察股骨头病理变化过程。结果模型组骨坏死的发生率58％，治疗组骨坏死的发生率7％，显著低于模型组，空白组未见骨坏死，坏死骨细胞经历了变性、坏死、溶解的病理过程。结论激素性股骨头坏死的发病与血脂代谢紊乱和高凝状态有关，联合应用普罗布考与阿司匹林能有效预防兔激素性股骨头坏死的发生。

Experimental study on prevention of hormonally ischemic necrosis of femoral head in rabbits with combined use of Probucol and Aspirin

Objective To investigate the effects of combination treatment with Probucol plus Aspirin on the prevention of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH) in rabbits and to investigate the pathogenesis of ANFH. Methods Rabbits were divided randomly into three groups such as model group, treatment group and normal group. Before and after the experiment, serum lipid and prothrombin time (PT) were tested. In the 4th and 6th weeks of dexamethasone administration, the histopathological changes were observed with radiography, light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Results The incidence of osteonecrosis in the model group was 58%; the incidence of osteonecrosis in the treatment group(7%) was significantly lower than in the model group and no osteonecrosis was observed in the normal group. Under electron microscopy, osteocytes were found to be degenerative, necrotic and disappeared eventually. Conclusion Lipid metabolism disorder and hypercoagulability are risk factors for corticosteroid-induced osteonecrosis. This study experimentally confirms that the combined use of a lipid-lowering agent(Probucol) and an anticoagulant(Aspirin) prevents steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head in rabbits.
