| 摘 要： | 首先从医疗废弃物的概念出发分析了该概念的不合理性,并提出了“医源性人体脱离物”的概念,阐述了“医源性人体脱离物”具有“物”的属性,根据其有无价值和传染性进行了四种分类,最后对这四种分类的权利归属进行了伦理探讨。

| Abstract: | The authors analyzed the concept of medical waste and thought it is not reasonable, thus they put forward the concept of ＂iatrogenic things separated from human body＂, with a nature of things. The ＂iatrogenic things separated from human body＂ can be classified into four according to their values and infectiousness. At last, the right ownership of these four classifications were ethically discussed. |
