| 摘 要： | 过度用药是医疗机构常见的现象，其成因复杂。应该从减轻患者负担与合理用药的角度对其加以干预．也是行政主管部门的一项艰巨的任务。从管理体制及对医务人员的道德教育入手，使医疗机构真正体现以人为本的救死扶伤的理念。

| Abstract: | Immoderate medication is a common phenomenon in medical institutions with very complicated causes. Intervention measures should be employed in order to relieve the burden on patients and realize the rational use of drug. Therefore, it remains a highly complex and difficult task before the healtheare administrators. The improvement must be accomplished through moral education for medical staff and concentrating on institutional improvement, thus the patient - oriented creed of medical institutions could be truly incarnated. |
