| 摘 要： | 开展以“主动服务”为主题的活动，让人民群众享受到安全有效、便捷温馨、价廉质优的医疗服务。转变思想观念、思维方式，用发自内心的职业操守去满足患者需求。提升医学人文服务关怀，倡导人人参与的忘我精神，为一个共同的目标去奉献爱心、善心、良心。围绕医疗质量抓“主动服务”，围绕医疗全过程管理抓细节服务，围绕宣传健康知识抓志愿者服务。
