| 摘 要： | 加强医学生职业生涯规划教育有利于达到学生与高校的双赢，促进我国的医药卫生事业的良性发展。医学院校应立足于学生的终身职业发展，根据医学生不同学年阶段的特点开展有针对性的教育，注重医学生创新精神和实践能力的培养，加强医德医风教育和人文素质教育，培养大学生职业生涯教育师资，使职业生涯教育机制更具有针对性、系统性和科学性。

| Abstract: | Enhancing the education of medical students＇ career planning is in favor of the double win between students and college, promoting the benign development of medical and heahhcare industry in China. Medical college should orient at students＇ lifelong career development, start pointed education based on the characteristics of different school phases, focus on fostering medical students＇innovative and practical ability, enhance the education of medical ethics, medical morality and humanistic quality, train qualified college teachers for students＇career planning, and make career education mechanism more specific, systemic and scientific. |
