| 摘 要： | 通过对医学生职业价值认同现状的阐述,分析了医学生职业认同走低,影响医学生职业价值认同的原因,包括：社会现实的负面影响;医学教育的缺陷;医学生自身因素.在此基础上,认为应加强医学生职业价值教育、职业认知教育、职业人文教育、职业素养教育,以提升医学生的职业价值认同,促进医学教育发展和国民健康.

| Abstract: | Based on the present situation of medical students＇ professional value identity,this paper analyzed the reasons for low medical students＇professional value identity,including：the negative impact of social reality; the defect of medical education ; medical students＇own factors.On this basis,medical students＇professional value identity,vocational cognitive education,vocational humanistic education and professional education should be strengthened so as to enhance the medical students＇ professional value identity,promote the development of medical education and national health. |
