葶苈大枣泻肺汤加味治疗支气管哮喘的效果及患者不良反应评价

目的探究葶苈大枣泻肺汤加味治疗支气管哮喘的效果及患者不良反应。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年6月本院收治的80例支气管哮喘患者的临床资料,按照平衡序贯法分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=42)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加味治疗,比较两组临床疗效、肺功能情况、临床症状、动脉血气、血清炎症因子及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.2%,明显高于对照组的78.9%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.3%,低于对照组的15.7%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC均高于对照组,症状改善时间、住院时间均短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组SaO2、PaO2高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-7、IL-8以ECP均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上联合葶苈大枣泻肺汤开展加味治疗支气管哮喘患者,可有效提升临床疗效及治疗安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of modified Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction in treating bronchial asthma and evaluation of patients' adverse reactions

Objective To explore the effect and adverse reactions of Tingli Dazhao Xiefei decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According the balanced sequential method,they were divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=42).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,clinical symptoms,arterial blood gas,serum inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.2%,which was significantly higher than the 78.9%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.3%,which was lower than 15.7%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the symptom improvement time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,and the hospitalization expenses were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SaO2 and PaO2 in the observation group were higher than the control group,and PaCO2 was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ECP of IL-7 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction,the modified treatment was carried out to treat patients with bronchial asthma which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and safety of treatment,and it is worthy of clinical application.
