| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性观察65例孤立结节型细支气管肺泡癌的MSCT表现，分析其影像学诊断及病理表现。方法分析2004—2008年65例经手术病理证实的孤立结节型细支气管肺泡癌的CT表现。结果65例中，有47例（723％）出现磨玻璃样密度影，有45例（662％）肿物边缘可见到毛刺征，有46例（708％）出现空泡征，有56例（55．4％）出现胸膜凹陷征，有26例（400％）病变周围可见小泡性气肿。结论MSCT有助于发现孤立结节型细支气管肺泡癌的重要特征，如早期的磨玻璃样密度影，毛刺征，空泡征，胸膜凹陷征及小气肿，对孤立结节型细支气管肺泡癌早期诊断具有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the features of MSCT in 65 cases with solitary bronchioloalveolar carcinoma and to evaluate the diagnosis of imaging and findings of pathology.Methods 65 cases of solitary bronchioloalveolar carcinoma were proved by surgery and pathology.Results In all cases,47 cases(72.3%) with ground glass density,43 cases(66.2%) with spicule,46 cases(70.8%) with vacuole sign,36 cases(55.4%) with pleural indentation sign,26 cases(40.0%) with microemphysema.Conclusion MSCT are useful for discoverin... |
