| 摘 要： | 目的小儿性早熟是危及小儿身心健康的疾病，有效地给予治疗是当前儿科诊治的重要研究课题，对促进小儿全面健康发展具有较大的意义。方法临床主要辩治其虚实，以滋阴降火、疏肝泻火为主。结果临床辩治小儿性早熟27例，治愈24例，好转1例，有效率90％。结论多因疾病、过食某些滋补品、食生长激素饲料喂养的禽畜类食物或误服某些药物，使阴阳平衡失调，阴虚火旺，相火妄动，肝郁化火，导致“天癸”早至，其病变主要在肝、肾两脏。
