平胃散及其组方药材水煎液对大鼠胃排空的影响

摘    要:目的考察平胃散及其组方药材水煎液对大鼠胃排空的影响。方法大鼠分别灌胃给予平胃散及其组方药材水煎液7 d后,灌胃给予核素标记药物99mTc喷替酸盐注射液,利用单光子发射计算机断层成像术对大鼠胃内核素标记物残留量进行扫描,通过软件计算获得大鼠全胃半数胃排空时间(T1/2),对受试药物大鼠胃排空作用进行评价。结果平胃散组、苍术组、厚朴组、陈皮组和甘草组T1/2分别为23.17、19.95、22.13、27.53、50.21 min;阳性对照组T1/2为22.13 min,阴性对照组T1/2为58.06 min。结论平胃散及其组方药材苍术、厚朴、陈皮的水煎液具有较强的促进大鼠胃排空作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Pingweisan and the each herbal drugs decoction on gastric emptying in rats.Methods After orally administrating decoction 7 d,99mTcpentetate acid and stannous chloride for injection were orally administrated and the residual 99mTc-pentetate acid and stannous chloride for injection in rat gastric were scanned by single photo emission computed tomography.The half gastric emptying time(T1/2) was calculated. Results After administration a dose of 200 mg/(kgd) of different drugs,the T1/2 of Pingweisan, Atractylodes iancea,Magnolia officinalis,Citrus reticulate and Glycyrrhiza uralensis were about 23.17,19.95,22.13,27.53 min.T1/2 for positive control group was 22.13 min while for the negative control group it was about 58.06 min.Conclusion The decoction of Pingweisan,Atractylodes iancea,Magnolia officinalis and Citrus reticulate have a strong effect on gastric emptying in rat.
