广西北流市女性不孕危险因素调查分析

目的通过对广西北流市已婚育龄妇女不孕症情况进行调查,了解不孕症患病率及相关危险因素。方法采取整群抽样方法,于2012年1月至10月抽取北流市南部、中部、北部4个乡镇共44个村的已婚育龄妇女作为调查对象,进行问卷调查。结果不孕症的患病率为1.28%,结婚年龄在≥35岁组不孕率最高,南部低于中部、北部,高中及以上文化者高于初中和小学及以下者;不孕与吸烟或饮酒、盆腔炎及盆腔手术史、有毒物质接触史、精神因素有密切关系。结论环境因素、年龄、文化程度、吸烟或饮酒、盆腔炎及盆腔手术史、有毒物质接触史、精神因素是不孕症的主要危险因素,采取相应预防措施,是降低不孕症患病率的有效措施。

Investigation of the hazardous factors leading to female infertility in Beiliu city of Guangxi Province

Objective To investigate the infertility condition of married women at reproductive age in Beiliu so as to know the infertility rate and relevant hazardous factors leading to infertility.Methods Based on cluster sampling,married women at reproductive age were randomly selected from 44 villages of the northern,southern and middle regions of Beiliu as respondents for the survey from January to October,2012.Results The infertility rate reached to 1.28% according to the survey.The respondent group who married at 35 or over 35 had the highest infertility rate.There was a lower infertility rate among respondents from southern regions than those from northern and middle regions.Besides,respondents with higher level of education had higher infertility rate.In addition,the survey revealed that infertility was closely related to smoking or drinking,pelvic inflammation,history of pelvic surgery,contact with toxic substances and mental condition of respondents.Conclusion Hazardous factors leading to infertility principally include insanitary living environment,age,education level,smoking or drinking,pelvic inflammation,history of pelvic surgery,contact with toxic substances and mental condition.Thus,taking pertinent precautions is effective to reduce the infertility rate.
