宁夏2010年市售白南瓜子、金针菇罐头食品中二氧化硫检测报告

摘    要:目的了解宁夏地区2010年市售白南瓜子、金针菇罐头食品中二氧化硫的含量水平,为食品安全风险评估和政府部门强化监管提供科学依据。方法按蒸馏法对市售白南瓜子、金针菇罐头进行检测。结果检测白南瓜子50份,二氧化硫含量合格率为66.0%,检出率100.0%,超标率34.0%;检测金针菇罐头食品25份,二氧化硫含量合格率为0.0%,检出率100.0%,超标率100.0%。结论二氧化硫类食品添加剂滥用非常严重,已成为影响食品安全的重要因素,应引起社会各方面的高度重视,应加大食品安全执法力度,防患于未然,堵住违法源头,以确保消费者吃上放心食品。

Detection of sulfur dioxide in commercial white pumpkins and mushroom canned food in Ningxia in 2010

Abstract:Objective To know more about sulfur dioxide concentration level in commercial white pumpkin seeds and mushroom canned food in Ningxia in 2010 and provide scientific basis for government to strengthen supervision.Methods The sulfur dioxide in commercial white pumpkin seeds,mushroom canned food was detected by distillation.Results Detection of sulfur dioxide content in 50 samples of white pumpkin seeds,the passing rate was 66%,the detection rate was 100% and exceed the standard rate was 34%;Detection of sulfur dioxide content in 25 samples of mushroom canned foods,the passing rate was 0,the detection rate was 100% and exceed the standard rate was 100%.Conclusion Sulfur dioxide additive abuse in food is very serious and it has become a major factor affecting food safety,the government should take measures to ensure the consumers eating qualified food.
