摘    要:目的 探讨妊娠晚期细菌性阴道病(bacterial vaginosis BV)与胎膜早破及早产的相关性.方法 选择2011-01-01~2012-01-01来我院产科门诊就诊,孕龄大于35周妊娠晚期妇女,采用细菌性阴道病试剂盒检查,BV检测阳性的孕妇138例为BV组,200例正常孕妇为对照组,跟踪观察其妊娠结局.结果 妊娠合并BV的孕妇胎膜早破的发生率37.68%,早产的发生率27.54%;非BV的孕妇胎膜早破的发生率10.5%,早产的发生率11.5%.两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 细菌性阴道病可使妊娠产妇胎膜早破及早产发生率明显增加.

Abstract:Objective Objective To study the relationship between bacterial vaginal disease in late pregnancy period and premature rupture of membrane and the preterm birth. Methods Taking the women who were more than 35weeks gestational age and came to our hospital obstetrical department during 2011 -01 -01 to 2012 -01 -01, as the objects of observation. Taking those who had positive results in BV testing (138) as the BV group, whilst 200 cases of normal pregnant women considered as control group, which would be followed for the pregnancy outcomes. Results The rates of premature rupture of membrane and preterm birth of the BV group were 37.68% and 27.54% respectively;The rate of premature rupture of membrane and the preterm birth in control group was 10.5 % and 11. 5%. The former was obviously higher than the latter(P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion Pregnancy with bacterial vaginal dis- ease obviously increased the occurrence rate of premature rupture of membrane as well as the preterm birth.
