针刺联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症的临床研究

目的 探讨针刺联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年5月在延安大学附属医院生殖中心就诊的多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍患者85例,进行促排卵治疗196个周期,随机分为2组:研究组(43例)和对照组(42例)。研究组患者应用针刺联合来曲唑治疗,对照组患者应用来曲唑治疗,记录并分析2组的临床及实验室资料。结果 与对照组相比,研究组从启动到扳机时间更短,尿促性素(HMG)总用量更少,子宫内膜类型和子宫内膜血流情况均有改善,临床妊娠率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均＜0.05)。结论 针刺联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症效果优于单用来曲唑治疗,针刺可以更好地促进卵泡生长,减少促排卵药物的应用时间和剂量,增加子宫内膜容受性,提高临床妊娠率。

Clinical study on the treatment of infertility in polycystic ovary syndrome with acupuncture combined with letrozole

Objective Discussion on the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with letrozole in the treatment of ovulation disorder in polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 85 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome ovulation disorders who were treated at the fertility center of the Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected for 196 cycles of ovulation induction therapy.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the study group (43 cases) and the control group(42 cases).The patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture combined with letrozole,and patients in the control group were treated with letrozole.The clinical and laboratory data of the two groups were recorded and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the study group has shorter time from start to trigger,less total dosage of urogonadotropin HMG,improved endometrial type and endometrial blood flow,and higher clinical pregnancy rate.The differences were statistically significant (all P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture combined with letrozole in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome is better than that of letrozole alone.Acupuncture can better promote the growth of follicles,reduce the application time and dosage of ovulation-stimulating drugs,and increase the endometrium receptivity,improve clinical pregnancy rate.
