鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术治疗复发性泪囊炎22例临床观察

目的探讨经鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术对复发性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法对22例（22眼）经皮鼻腔泪囊吻合术后复发的慢性泪囊炎患者,行鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术,术中去除瘢痕、肉芽组织及鼻科疾病等复发因素,术后给予留置硅胶管3-6个月。结果术后5月-5年随访,治愈20眼,占90.9%;总有效率为95.5%。结论鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗复发性泪囊炎损伤小,疗效满意。

Linical analysis on treatment of recurrent dacryocystitis by nasal endoscope

Objective To evaluate the Clinical curative effect of dacryocystorhinostomy with nasal endoscope for recurrent dacryocystitis. Methods 22 examples of the recurrent chronic dacryocystitis patients who had accepted the percutaneous dacryocystorhinostomy were treated with dacryocystorhinostomy through nasal cavity and by removing the tissue of cicatricial and granulation;After the operation, silica gel was left and managed for 3 - 6 months. Results 5 month - 5 year＇s following up showed that 20 of the 22 （90. 9% ） cases were cured. Effectiveness is 95. 5%. Conclusion Compared with the external technique, endoscopic approach for recurrent dacryocystitis has many advantages , such as less trauma , simple to operate, and satisfactory result.
