摘    要:目的:研究肺部良恶性病变组织中泛素(ubiquitin)和cullin-1(cul-1)的表达及其临床病理意义.方法:将80例肺癌和20例肺部良性病变手术切除标本常规制作成石蜡包埋切片,采用免疫组织化学EnVsionTM二步法测定泛素和cul-1的表达.分析泛素和cul-1表达与临床分期、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移间的关系.结果:肺癌组织中泛素和cul-1表达阳性率(51.3%, 60.0%)明显高于肺良性病变组织(20.0%,30.0%;P<0.05),中高分化、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期和无淋巴结转移肺癌组织中泛素和cul-1表达阳性率均明显低于低分化和未分化、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期和有淋巴结转移者(P<0.01~0.05).肺癌组织中泛素与cul-1的表达存在高度一致性(χ2=4.04,P<0.05).结论:泛素和cul-1表达可能与肺癌发生、进展、临床生物学行为和预后存在密切关系.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of ubiquitin and cullin-1 (cul-1) in benign and malignant lesions of the lung and to determine their clinicopathological significance.Methods EnVisonTM immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ubiquitin and cul-1 in the conventional paraffin-embedded sections from the specimens of lung cancer (n=80) and benign lesion tissues of the lung (n=20).We also analyzed the relation of the expression of ubiquitin and cul-1 with the clinical stage,differentiation,and with or without lymphatic metastasis.Results The positive rates of ubiquitin and cul-1 were significantly higher in lung cancer (51.3% and 60.0%) than those in benign lesion tissues of the lung (20.0% and 30.0%;P<0.05). Positive rates of ubiquitin and cul-1 were all significantly lower in the middle and high-differentiated, StageⅠ~Ⅱ, and no lymphatic metastasis patients with lung cancer than those in no- or low-differentiated, Stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ, and lymphatic metastasis patients with lung cancer tissues (P<0.01~0.05). High consistency was found between the positive expression of ubiquitin and cul-1 in lung cancer tissues(χ2=4.04, P<0.05).Conclusion Expression of ubiqui-tin and cul-1 in lung cancer tissues may be closely related to the carcinogenesis, progression, clinical biological behaviors, and prognosis of lung cancer.
