| 摘 要： | ８８例经病理确诊的肝细胞癌患者，用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测其血清抗ＨＣＶ与ＨＢＶ－Ｍ，阳性率分别为１４．７７％和９０．９１％。用ＰＣＲ法检测发现血清ＨＣＶＲＮＡ阳性１２例（１３．６４％）；１１例血清ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阳性病人的肝癌组织中８例ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阳性；１例肝癌组织中同时检出ＨＣＶＲＮＡ与ＨＢＶＤＮＡ。结果表明，本组肝癌的发生主要与ＨＢＶ感染有关，而与ＨＣＶ感染也可能有一定关系。

| Abstract: | erum samples of 88 histologically confirmed cases of hepatocellular carcinoma
(HCC)were assayed by ELISA for the presence of anti-HCV and nested PCR for HCV RNA. Fourof
these patients were also examined for HCV RNA in liver cancerous tissues. Serologically13
patients(14.77%)were anti-HCV positive,and HCV RNA was found in 12 patients(13.46%);among
88 patients 16 were proved to have HCV infection. Only seven out of 88patients were negative
for all HBV serological markers,one of these HBV-M negative pa-tients was found HBV DNA bv
PCR in sera. Fourteen of 88 cases of HCC had coinfection ofHBV and HCV. The liver sample in
one of four anti-HCV and/or HCV RNA seropositivecases was found HCV RNA in cancerous
tissue. The results suggested that HBV is still pre-dominant in this series of cases of HCC,but
the co-existing HCV infection should not be ig- nored |
