| 摘 要： | 目的:观察英连金和胃方治疗胃癌前病变的证候疗效.方法:采用随机数字表法,将105例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组.治疗组口服英连金和胃方;对照组口服胃复春;治疗前后详细记录临床症状及不同中医证型证候改变情况.结果:治疗组总有效率为84.9%、对照组为63.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:英连金和胃方具有较好的临床疗效,可明显改善临床症状.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study effect of Yinglianjin decoction on the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.Method:105 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Patients in treatment group were treated by Yinglianjin decoction.Patients in control group were treated by Weifuchun.Recorded detailedly the change of clinical syndrome and TCM pattern of syndrome before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate in treatment group was 84.9%,while the total effective rate in control group was 63.5%.Comparing the level of the two groups,there was obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinglianjin decoction was effective on the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer. |
