射频治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效

目的：为了简单而有效地治疗常年变应性鼻炎；方法：应用射频治疗仪对５１例常年性变应性鼻炎的双侧鼻丘、下鼻甲和鼻中隔进行治疗；结果：经治疗半年后复查显示，５１例中显效３６例（７０．６％），有效１５例（２９．４％），总有效率为１００％；结论：结果表明射频治疗常年性变应性鼻炎操作简单，疗效好，有较好地临床应用价值．

CLINCAL OBSERVATION OF RADIO FREQUANCY IN THE TREATMENT OF PERENNIAL ALLERGIC RHINITIS

Objective:In order to simply and effetively treat perennial allergic rhinitis.Method:We appied Radio Frequancy Unit to treat 51 cases who suffer from perennial allergic rhinitis with double sides of agger nasi,inferior turbinate and nasal septum.Result:We followed up the patients after half year of the treatment ,it showed that within the 51 cases ,36 cases(70.6%)showed the best effects,15 cases (29.4%) better effects.The total effetive rate was 100%.Conclusion:The results showed that perennial allergic rhinitis treated with Radio Frequancy Unit were simply operation,better effective and obviously better worthiness in clinical practical.
