| 摘 要： | 目的:观察健脾养阴和胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗效果.方法:将92例病例随机分两组,治疗组给予健脾养阴治胃汤加减治疗;对照组41例,给予麦滋林-S治疗.观察两组治疗后症状、胃粘膜病理变化.结果:治疗组总有效率和愈显率均显著高于对照组(P＜0.01或P＜0.05);且两组对胃粘膜萎缩,肠化生及异型增生的疗效差异均有显著性(P＜0.05).结论:健脾养阴和胃汤对胃粘膜萎缩及病理改变有较好的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effectin of Jianpi Yangyin Hewei Dection treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:92 patients were randomized into two groups.The treatment group of 41cases were treated by Jianpi Yangyin Hewei Dection.The control group of 41 cases treated by Marzulene-s.Observe the effection in symptoms pathology of gastric mucosa.Results: There ways significant statistical difference between trial group and the control group in the efficcy rate and healing rate(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and effection in atrophic gastrics,castric metaplasia and gastrisc cell dystlasia(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jianpi Yangyin Hewei Dection is better effection the atrophic gastritis and the pathology gastric cell. |
