针刺穴位辅助闭孔神经阻滞的临床研究

目的：针刺穴位辅助闭孔神经阻滞麻醉在预防和治疗经尿道电切膀胱肿瘤时而发生的反射性内收肌痉挛的作用。方法：经尿道电切膀胱肿瘤病人70例,随机分为两组,采用连续硬膜外麻醉-闭孔神经阻滞,辅以或不辅以针刺麻醉。结果：两组经尿道切除膀胱侧壁肿瘤患者均无明显闭孔神经反射发生。结论：明确了闭孔神经阻滞在膀胱侧壁肿瘤电切过程中具有重要意义,针麻可以减少麻醉用药剂量。

The Clinical Study of Accessory Acupuncture Anesthesia in the Obturator Nerve Block

Objective： To study the obturator nerve block accessory acupuncture anesthesia in preventing the occurrence of obturator nerve reflex result in severe muscle spasm during transurethral resection of bladder tumors.Method：The patients were respectively used epidural anesthesia adding obturator nerve block accessory acupuncture anesthesia or no accessory acupuncture anesthesia.Result： The patientsin two groups didn＇t occur obturator nerve reflex.Conclusion： Obturator nerve block can avoid complication caused by obturator nerve reflection in TURBt,accessory acupuncture anesthesia can reduce the dose of anesthesial medicine.
