| 摘 要： | 目的探讨茶色素与激素、环磷酰胺联合治疗难治性肾病综合征(RNS)的疗效。方法将75例RNS患者随机分成治疗组与对照组2组,对照组采用激素与环磷酰胺治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用茶色素治疗。结果治疗组完全缓解率和总有效率分别为46.2%和88.3%,显著高于对照组的29.6%和54.9%(p<0.05),而不良反应发生率治疗组为36.8%,显著低于对照组的59.5%(p<0.05)。结论茶色素与激素、环磷酰胺联合治疗可提高难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效。
