摘    要:目的:了解护理专业医学生营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)的现状,为进行营养教育提供科学依据。方法:采用随机整群抽样方法对护理专业3个年级701名学生进行自行设计的营养知识态度和行为问卷调查。结果:营养知识得分为(20.92±5.98)分;态度得分为(5.26±0.85)分;行为得分为(5.26±1.57)分。营养知识得分城市生源高于乡村生源(P<0.05),高年级学生高于低年级学生(P<0.05)。营养知识、态度、行为之间存在正向相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:护理专业学生营养知识掌握不全面,但具有良好的态度;应开展有效的、有针对性的营养干预,提高营养知识水平,改变不良饮食行为,为其能有效开展临床护理工作提供支持。

Abstract:Objective:Study the recent situation of nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice (KAP) of nursing medical students,and provide scientific evidences for developing nutrition education programs. Metbods:A random cluster sampling method was adopted a-mong 701 students of three grades. They received the self-designed questionnaire survey about nutritional KAP. Results:The scores of nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice were ( 20. 92 ± 5.98 ), (5.26 ± 0. 85 ) and ( 5.26 ± 1.57 ) respectively. The scores of the seniors and urban students were higher than the lower grades and rural students ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were positive correlations among nu- tritional knowledge,attitude and practice (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Nutrition knowledge is unbalanced among the nursing medical students,but they have a positive attitude. Effective and targeted nutritional intervention should be carried out to improve their nutrition-al knowledge. Unhealthy eating habits should be changed in order to provide support for effective development of clinical nursing work.
