| 摘 要： | 高同型半胱氨酸血症是动脉粥样硬化形成的独立危险因子,但是其致病机制尚未完全阐明。动脉粥样硬化是一种炎症性疾病,从炎症途径出发研究同型半胱氨酸与动脉粥样硬化的关系得到了人们的关注。本文就高同型半胱氨酸致炎效应在动脉粥样硬化中的作用作一综述。

| Abstract: | Hyperhomocysteinemia has been recognized as an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis,but controversy remains about its pathogenesis.Atherosclerosis is an inflammatory disease;attention has been paid to the study of its association with homocysteine by the pathways of inflammation.In this review,we summarized the pro-inflammatory effects of homocysteine on atherosclerosis. |
