环磷酰胺冲击治疗与常规治疗对狼疮性肾炎疗效的对照研究

目的探讨环磷酸胺（CTX）冲击治疗与常规口服治疗对狼疮性肾炎（LN）的治疗效果。方法对LN患者146例按年龄、性别、病程、尿蛋白定量／24h、肾功能、免疫学改变随机分两组：冲击治疗组76例，常规口服组70例，并进行随访。对其临床疗效、肾功能变化、免疫学变化进行统计处理。结果CTX冲击治疗的疗效优于常规口服治疗（x2=7．14，p＜0．05）；肾功能生化指标明显改善（t=1．86，p＜0．05）；抗核抗体转阴率高（x2=20．13，p＜0．01）；C3恢复正常率高（x2=5．98，p＜0．05）。结论CTX冲击治疗优于常规口服治疗。

Control study on effect of CTX pulse therapy and routing therapy on Lupus nephritis

To investigate the effect of CTX pulse therapy and routine therapy on lupus nephrihs (LN). Methods: 146 cases with LN were divided into two groups.Groub A (76 cases): CTX pulse therpy; Groub B (70 cases): CTX routine theraPy. The other drugs given to the groups were similar. The authors observed the therapeuticeffect, the changes of renal function and the changes of immune function. The data involved statistically.Results:The effective time was shorter in Group A than that in Groub B (X2 = 7. 14, P < 0.05);The renal function was improved more markedly in Group A than that in Groub B(t =1.86,P < 0.05);The pisitive rate of A-A was declined more maredly in Groub A than that in Groub B (X2 = 20.13,P < 0,01 ) ;The serum C3 was improved more markedly in Groub A than that in Groub B (XA2 = 5.98,P < 0.05) .Conclusion:The effect of CTX pulse therapy was better than the effect of CTX routine therapy on LN.
