多层螺旋CT扫描在冠状动脉成像中的临床价值

摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT冠状动脉重建的临床价值。方法12例患者进行了心脏多层螺旋CT检查以1mm薄层扫描后传输至工作站,使用特殊软件进行冠状动脉三维立体重建。结果横断面图像和重建图像对近段冠状动脉显示率达100%,横断面图像对LAD和RCA中段的显示率也达100%,对LAD、LCX和RCA远段的显示率分别为83.3%、91.7%和75%。而重建图像对LAD和RCA中段的显示率均为91.7%,对LAD、LCX和RCA远段的显示率分别为75%、75%和66.7%。结论多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像是一种非创伤性显示冠状动脉的检查方法,可较好的显示冠状动脉主干和主要分支。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinic value of multi-slice spiral CT in the coronary arteries angiography(MSCTA).Methods 12 cases were undergone heart scanning by a Tosgiba Aquilion 16-slice CT scanner with 1mm thickness,and then three-dimension coronary image was reconstructed by special software.Results The intimate segment of coronary was demonstrated for 100% in transect and reconstructed image.The middle segment of LAD and RCA was demonstrated for 100% in transect image,but the farness segment of LAD、LCX and RCA was 83.3%、91.7% and 75% separately.The middle segment of LAD and RCA was demonstrated for 91.7% in reconstructed image,but the farness segment of LAD、LCX and RCA was 75%、75% and 66.7% respectively.Conclusion MSCTA is examination without hurt to show coronary.It can show truck and most branches of coronary.
