摘    要:目的:考察黄连总生物碱的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用酸性染料比色法测定黄连中总生物碱的含量,通过正交设计方法,以总生物碱的得率为考察指标,优选总生物碱的提取工艺。结果:总生物碱最佳提取工艺为65%乙醇回流提取4次,每次1h,液料比为12∶1。结论:优选得到的工艺使生物碱的提取效率高,稳定性好。

Abstract:Objective:To identify the best technique of extraction process of total alkaloid from Coptis chinensis. Methods:Acid dye colorimetry was adopted to determine the total alkaloid contents in Coptis chinensis. According to the yield of total alkaoid,the orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction technology of total alkaloids. Result:The optimum technique was circumfluence extracting four times by 65% alcohol with liquid-solid ratio at 12:1,one hour every time. Conclusion:the optimized technique is efficient and stable.
