| 摘 要： | 中国医院协会医保管理分会在全国开展了医院医保费用拒付问题的调查,着重调查分析医院医保费用拒付受哪些因素影响,在制度设计、医保经办机构、医院管理、医疗需求等不同层面进行深入调查研究,为建立合理费用控制机制和医院医保管理机制,给政府有关部门、医保经办机构和医院管理者提供参考依据.
