| Abstract: | Based on the experience of developing quality year, management year, effectiveness year and the Olympic year in General Hospital of P.L.A., the practice and thoughts on improving hospital strategic goals by different subject year was discussed. To implement a subject year, the process as well as subject determation, action guideline designing, organization, implementation and evaluation were considered to be highlighted. |
