| 摘 要： | 医学科研团队是医院科研能力的主要支撑和医院科研活动的主要形式,建设优秀的医学科研团队有利于增强医院的整体科研实力和竞争力,已成为医院的一项重要战略任务。根据科研团队理论,阐述了医学科研团队的信息需求特点,并提出以团队信息需求为引导、以丰富的专业性强的信息资源集合为基础、以完善的开放性强的信息共享空间为条件、以敬业的提供内容服务的学科馆员队伍为核心的知识服务策略。

| Abstract: | Medical research team is the main support for the research ability and main form of the research activities in the hospital,constructing an excellent medical research team is benefit for enhancement of the whole research capability and competition in the hospital.And it is an important strategical role.Based on the theory of research team,the features of the information request for the research team were described and a team-pertinent,professional,integrated,open and share information service for the team was also recommended. |
