| 摘 要： | 通过对医院人事档案管理的分析，发现其存在的主要问题：管理意识相对淡薄、主动服务意识相对薄弱、管理方式和手段相对落后，提出增强档案意识、健全制度、采用现代化的科学手段、提高档案资源利用率、重视人才培养的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of hospital personnel file management, main problems in file management are found. Management sense is relatively light, initiative service sense is to be relatively weak and the mode of administration and method is relative backwardness. Suggestions as well as strengthening file management, perfecting institution, introducing modern and scientific management methods, improving file utilization and paying attention to staff training are presented. |
