大型医院基本建设的思考

结合北京协和医院改扩建的实践，论述了大型医院基本建设应遵循的基本原则，指出应树立和落实科学发展观；构建和谐的医疗环境和现代化管理的医疗流程，体现以人为本，为病人着想的人文理念；坚持经济实用、安全节能、规模适度的建设原则，避免盲目扩张和奢华浪费。基于这样的思考，设计工作需要从细节入手。诸如设计合理的医疗流程，展现现代化医院管理模式，实现高效便捷的人流物流传输等。

Thoughts of tertiary hospital infrastructure

Based on the reconstruction and extension experience of Beijing Union Medical College Hospital, basic principles of tertiary infrastructure were discussed. The main principles included scientific design, harmonious medical environment and modem medical process, human centered visions, economical, safety and proper size. Hospital infrastructure design were considered to begin from details, such as rational medical process.
