试论医院学科群的建设

学科群是学科发展的必然产物和内在要求,学科群建设已经成为当今大型综合性医院学科建设的关键性工作。笔者对学科群的兴起、主要特征、组织形式等方面进行了描述,并着重从要有医院的统筹保障、要以重点学科为龙头、要有杰出的学科带头人及人才梯队等方面分析了学科群建设的条件,认为学科群的建设可有效优化医院的资源配置,提高科技攻关和科技创新的能力,提升医院的竞争力和影响力。
