| 摘 要： | 目的 了解北京市社区护理人员的现状及培训需求,为进一步开展培训提供依据.方法 采取多阶段随机整群抽样的方法从北京市社区护理人员中抽取362名,采用问卷式调查对培训需求进行分析.结果 社区护理人员愿意参加培训者344名,愿意参加培训率达95.03%.有60.23%的护理人员希望培训时间在1个月以内.期望的培训内容以社区慢性病护理和基础护理为主.结论 培训应结合社区护理的特点,强调针对性. |
