摘    要:目的 对长沙市岳麓区望月湖社区卫生服务中心绩效考核的实践过程进行分析,探讨如何调动基层医务人员参与社区公共卫生服务的积极性.方法 发放"社区居民健康消费卡",利用信息化系统进行监督、管理及绩效考核.结果 公共卫生服务的数量和质量大幅度提高;社区居民满意度越来越高;中心服务人次从日均30人左右,提高至日均200人左右.结论 发放"社区居民健康消费卡",实现公共卫生服务经费"先给数,后给钱;先分发,后回收",全过程利用<社区卫生服务工作运行与绩效考核系统>进行监督、管理及绩效考核,成功调动了基层医务人员参与公共卫生服务的积极性.
