| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨认知心理干预对急性白血病化疗患者负性情绪的干预效果及治疗依存性的影响.方法 选取82例急性白血病化疗患者为研究对象,入组后随机分为认知干预组42例和对照组40例.认知干预组在住院期间除常规护理外另行小组认知干预,评定并比较两组患者焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)得分,观察两组对治疗的依存性.结果 干预后,干预组较对照组焦虑得分(5.31±2.93)分vs.(7.65±3.29)分]、抑郁得分(5.33±2.61)分vs.(7.55±2.64)分]均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗依存程度干预组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 认知心理干预能显著降低急性白血病化疗患者负性情绪的严重程度,提高其治疗的依存性.
