医学研究生科研实践中的问题及对策

分析西安交通大学医学硕士研究生科研现状，指出目前存在的主要问题和影响因素，即劣质生源导致研究生科研能力差、实验平台搭建不合理、导师队伍水平良莠不齐等；针对这些问题，探讨应对策略，主要包括：建议医学院校加强本科生实验技能培养、改革研究生课程体系设置、优化实验平台建设、加强导师队伍建设。

Problems and countermeasures in scientific research of medical postgraduates

This paper analyzed the current scientific research situation of medical postgraduates in Xi＇an Jiaotong university, stated briefly the existing main problems and relevant influence factors in- cluding poor scientific research ability due to low quality enrollment, unreasonable construction of ex- perimental platform, patchy quality of tutor teams et al. To solve the problems above, several policies were proposed, mainly including strengthening basic experimental skills of medical undergraduates, re- forming the postgraduate curriculum system, optimizing the building of experimental platform and rein- forcing the development of tutor teams.
