介绍医学信息学师资建设国内外现状，指出我国医学信息学师资建设在师资来源和师资学历方面的差距，从拓宽师资来源途径、建立能力素质标准、制定个性化培养方案、构建科学评价体系四个方面阐述医学信息学课程组师资建设方案。

Exploration on construction of faculty of medical informatics teaching

This paper introduced the current situation of medical informatics teaching faculty construction at home and aboard and pointed out the gap in faculty sources and education background between China and foreign countries. Meanwhile, this paper discussed on medical informatics teaching faculty construction plan from the aspects of broadening faculty sources, establishing ability quality standard, making personalized training program and constructing a scientific evaluation system.
