混合式教学模式在医学微生物学中的探索与应用

摘    要:目的:探索传统教学、翻转课堂、PBL教学法相结合在临床医学专业医学微生物学教学中的有效结合方式。方法:将基础知识及能力相近的本校2013级、2014级五年制临床本科学生随机分成两组, 比较采取不同教学方法的实验组和对照组的教学效果。结果:参与教学改革的实验组的成绩高于对照组;并且实验组学生的综合能力的提高、自学能力及其主动性、学生满意度均高于对照组。实验组和对照组学习成绩及问卷调查结果差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:混合式教学法对培养和发展学生的综合素质和能力以及提高学生的学习成绩有非常重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of mixed application of flipped classroom,problem-based learning and lecture-based learning in microbiology teaching. Methods: 48 undergraduate clinical medical students were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Then they were compared teaching. Results: The experimental group theory test scores were higher than the control group. The experimental group students perception, classroom atmosphere, the use of knowledge,capacity-building and teaching satisfaction are higher than traditional group. The difference was statistically considered significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hybrid teaching method for training and development of students" comprehensive quality and ability has important significance.
