临床医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨的实践与探索

【摘要】对比分析临床医学专业学位研究生中接受住院医师规范化培训和未接受住院医师规范化培训两组学生的中期考核成绩的差异;并通过问卷调查了解研究生对并轨培养所持态度、认识及并轨培养对临床综合能力的影响,提出研究生并轨培养应加强师资培训、改革完善培训内容、规范考核、创新管理制度等,进一步推动我国医学专业学位研究生教育改革。

The difference in the mid-term examination results between the graduate students who received the standardized training of residents and those who did not receive the residency training was analyzed. The graduate students" attitude towards theScombinedSeducation, and their understanding of it, and how the combinedSeducation influence on the clinical comprehensive ability of the graduate students were investigated by questionnaire. STheScombinedSeducation of graduate students requires us to strengthen the training of teachers, enrich the content of training, standardize assessment, and innovate the management system. Hopefully this will promote China"s clinical medical degree graduate education reform.
