| 摘 要： | 目的:分析Rathke囊肿的MRI特点。方法:病理证实的Rathke囊肿10例,男4例,女6例,年龄18岁～48岁,平均33岁。所有病理均行MRI平扫+增强扫描。分析其MRI表现。结果:病变单纯位于鞍内者5例,单纯鞍上者2例,鞍内鞍上者3例。Rathke囊肿的MRI信号多种多样,一般无明显强化,少数囊壁强化。结论:MRI对Rathke囊肿的诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the MRI characteristics of Rathke＇s cleft cysts,Methods pathologically confirmed 10 cases of Rathke＇s cleft cysts,male and four female were 6 patients,aged 18-48 years,mean 33 years old. All in all pathological plain ＋ enhanced MRI scan. MRI analysis of its performance.Results The lesions in the saddle,only five cases,only two cases were on the saddle,saddle,saddle on those three cases.Rathke＇s cleft cysts MRI signal Varied,generally no significant ing,strengthening minority wall,Conclusion MRI in the diagnosis of Rathke＇s cleft cysts have an important value. |
