| 摘 要： | 目的:对不同时期、不同条件下临床发生肺炎支原体(Mycoplasmapneumoniae,MP)感染的检测结果比较分析。方法:采用MP抗体凝集试验,检测不同时期临床出现肺炎症状的患者MP抗体,共199例。结果:在SARS(SevereAcuteRespiratorySyndrome)期间的99例SARS患者MP抗体阳性占率47.5%(47/99),而在非SARS期的100例肺炎患者中,MP抗体阳性率只占22.0%(22/100)。结论:肺炎患者在不同时期、不同感染条件下,所发生的MP阳性率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare of the test results of MP influence patients in different period and condition.Methods 199 patients with pneumonia symptom in different periods were studied,mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in peripheral blood was measured by agglutination test. Results In 99 SARS patients, MP-Ab was detected (47.5%, 47/99) in SARS period, but detected in the pneumonia patients (22.0%, 22/100) in de-SARS period.Conclusion MP-Ab positive significant difference was found (P<0.05) among pneumonia patients in different period and influence condition. |
