| 摘 要： | 队列研究在循证医学的证据等级中为Ⅱ级证据。仅次于随机对照试验,是临床医疗防治措施评价的重要证据来源之一。近年来开始在传统医学疗法评价中得到应用。本文较为系统地介绍了队列研究的基本概念、原理、设计类型、实施步骤以及在中医药领域运用的关键方法学问题．旨在为中医药的临床研究拓宽思路，为新方法的引用提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Cohort study is graded as level Ⅱ in evidence grading system of evidence-based medicine, secondary to randomized controlled trial. It is one of the important evidence for the evaluation of health care interventions, and it has been applied recently in the evaluation of traditional medicine. The author of the article introduces the basic concept, principle, design, and implementation as well as relevant methodological issues when applied in traditional Chinese medicine. |
