| Abstract: | At present, the traditional flowing courses in the library cannot meet the current demand of the knowledge service for the integration of the employment in the library. All the above, the analysis of the post is the promise of the reorganization of the employments in the library. So as to adapt to the demand of the knowledge service and enhance a library＇s power of competition, it＇s very necessary for a library to reorganize the various flowing courses based on the analysis of its own employment. |
