| 摘 要： | 随着高校各项事业发展的不断深入以及档案法的颁布实施，学校档案管理工作逐步规范化、系统化。如何不断强化档案服务意识，激发起档案管理工作者在服务过程中的主观能动性，使利用者尽快而有效地获得所需的信息资源，也成为档案工作紧跟时代发展的步伐，为高校发展提供全面、及时、有效的服务，体现档案的自身价值，使档案工作迈上新台阶的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | As the university continued to deepen the development of various undertakings as well as the promulgation and implementation of the Archives Law, the file management of university was gradually standardized and systematized. How we can strengthen and inspire staff＇s active service awareness and deliver the necessary information resources to users as soon as possible has become an important part of the developing of file management work towards a new stage. |
