PBL为基础的以教促学模式在内分泌科临床教学中的应用

目的探讨PBL(Problem-Based Learning)教学模式基础上结合以教促学教学法在内分泌科临床教学中的应用和教学效果。方法以珠江医院内分泌科临床实习的南方医科大学2007级临床医学专业学生课程为平台,采取随机平行分组对照的方法进行比较研究。以理论、操作出科考试及问卷调查方式评估教学效果。结果理论及操作出科考试结果显示采用PBL教学模式为基础的以教促学教学法较单纯采用PBL教学法的学生学习效果有显著提高(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示学生对PBL教学模式为基础的以教促学教学法有较高的兴趣,大部分学生认同此教学法。结论采用PBL教学模式为基础以教促学模式优于单纯PBL教学的教学效果。

Applications of Learning Through Teaching Mode Based on PBL in the Clinical Teaching at Department of Endocrinology

Objective To evaluate the application and effects of Learning through Teaching Mode based on PBL in the Clinical Teaching at Department of Endocrinology.Methods On the basis of the interns of Southern Medical University 2007 in Department of Endocrinology,we took randomized parallel group controlled study to do the comparison.Teaching effects are accessed by theory,practice examinations and questionnaire survey.Result Theory and practice examinations demonstrated that the study effects are significantly improved(P<0.05) through the Learning through teaching mode based on PBL,comparing to the simple PBL teaching mode.The questionnaire survey revealed that the interns are more interested in this learning through teaching mode and identified with it.Conclusion Learning through teaching mode based on PBL is superior to simple PBL teaching mode.
