| 摘 要： | 医学创新人才培养是一项复杂的系统工程,其影响因素涉及多个方面。专家的咨询结果显示,影响医学院校创新人才培养的因素主要包括:师生对创新理念未形成普遍的认同;培养模式没有摆脱传统的束缚;支撑体系与创新人才培养不匹配;缺乏引导创新教育的评价激励体系。

| Abstract: | Nurturing innovative medical talents is a complex project and its influencing factors involve many aspects.The results of experts’ consultation suggest the main influencing factors as follows: teachers and students have not generally recognized the concept of innovation;the training mode has not gotten rid of the shackles of the traditional ones;the supporting system does not match the nurturing of innovative medical talents;and there is lack of the evaluation and incentive system to guide innovation-oriented education. |
