1044例小儿手足口病临床资料分析

目的总结小儿手足口病（HFMD）临床表现类型和诊治体会,探讨其早期高危因素。方法对1 044例HFMD住院资料作回顾性总结分析。结果 HFMD以发热伴有典型皮疹为其主要表现,可合并多个系统损害和临床表现,其中合并神经系统损害为重症患者的主要表现,精神萎靡和肢体抖动、激惹往往是最初表现和最常见表现;本病的早期高危因素有：年龄、发病时间、发热、血压升高、血糖升高、血象升高等。结论大多数小儿HFMD临床表现典型,预后良好,但部分病例合并神经系统损害较为常见,应高度关注早期高危因素,进行早期干预,提高救治效果。

The clinical analysis of 1044 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease

Objective To evaluate the clinical phenotypes,diagnosis and treatment of the hand,foot and mouth disease,and to explore its early high pathogenic factors.Methods The clinical data of 1 044 cases of the hand,foot and mouth disease was retrospectively analyzed.Results The main expressions of hand,foot and mouth disease included the fever with typical rash and perhaps many organ injuries.One dominant expression in severe patients was damage to never system.The earliest and most expressions included listlessness,trembling and agitation.The high risk indicators in the early stage of the disease were age,period,fever,Increase of blood pressure,glycemia and hemogram.Conclusion The children's hand,foot and mouth disease is companied with typical clinical characteristics,favorable prognosis and usually nervous system damages.Early diagnosis and treatment are very important.
