| 摘 要： | 目的评价依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死（acute cerebral infarction ACI）的疗效性和安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、对照试验,选择发病48 h内的ACI患者63例,随机分为依达拉奉治疗组（31例）及对照组（32例）。治疗前后定期对患者进行欧洲脑卒中评分（ESS）、日常生活活动能力（ADL）评定和常规检查。结果21 d和90 d后治疗组增分率均显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗组无明显不良反应。结论依达拉奉治疗ACI是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the therapeutic effect and safety of Edaravone on acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 63 patients with ACI within 48 h of the onset were randomized divided into Edaravone group(31 patients,) and control guoup(32 patients).Before and after the treatment,A neuropsychological battery such as European Stroke Scale(ESS)、Activities of Daily Living(ADL) was used to assess the therapeutic effect.Results On 21st day and 90th day,the growth rates of ESS of the Edaravone group were more significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),There was no obvious side effect in Edaravone group.Conclusion Edaravone is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with ACI. |
